At Aaron Kennerly PLS, LLC we are committed to furthering the professional status of Land Surveying by providing customers with an understanding of what to expect from a survey. All of our boundary surveys are completed to New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS) Standards. These standards help the customer gage the quality of the survey they are paying for. When the need arises, usually for commercial mortgages, we can also provide boundary surveys to ALTA/ACSM standards. Topographic and As-built surveys can be provided to any number of standards including NYSDOT, NYSOGS, Tri-Service Standards, local municiple standards for the town your project is located in or any in-house standards you may have. All mapping is available electronically in AutoCAD R14 or higher compatibilty.
Aaron Kennerly PLS, LLC utilizes conventional total stations and GPS coupled with electronic data collection to complete any project that you may have. We use four wheel drive vehicles and all terrain vehicles to aid in the timely completion of any project. We believe surveying is like anything else in life, you have to use the right tool to complete the job accurately and in the shortest possible amount of time.
